We are determined to ensure that Christian leaders and church planters achieve long-term success. According to a survey conducted in 2020 by missionary care.com, more than 43% which translates to about 12,000 missionaries quit the mission field yearly due to a lack of the needed support and training. Our mission is to empower them in order to ensure long-term success. Most Christian leaders and church planters are in need of financial support. According to the Utah Women & leadership project, Research & Policy brief, about 25% of them are in need of leadership skills and training while about 12% of them need management & administrative training.
